Happy Birthday Will!

It's hard to believe that 2 years has passed since you came into our lives. Sometimes it feels like yesterday, and other days it feels like eternity.
We miss you, love you and look forward to the day we can hold you in our arms again.

    Dear Stephanie and Josh,

    Can’t believe how fast October 10 has rolled again!

    I hope today you can remember the good moments with our little Baby Will. His fighter spirit; the way his eyes would gaze at you when you came in the room; and how he would “work it” with other little babies to make the machine alarms go off…. (you know that better than me .. but I recall you mentioning it!) the joy of holding him for the first time; his pink color for Valentines’ Day………beating all the odds on that day!

    Hold on to each other – and recognize how far you have traveled together since October 2005. God has blessed you both – and I know He will continue to do so – today, tomorrow – and in years coming. I am so very, very, proud of you both.

    It is so hard to believe it has been 2 years. I hope you both know how much you two and especially Will touched and changed my life. Take care and God bless. When you feel that unexpected wind brush the side of your cheek that is Will looking down over each of you blowing out his candles and letting you know how great both of you are.     Forgive those who haven't forgotten, but who are unsure how or what to say. I wear Will's locket next to my heart, a visual expression of how he is always in my heart. I will never celebrate another birthday again without remembering we share that day. He will forever be my firstborn grandchild. I love you all.
