About Me
- Name: Stephanie Burns
- Location: Nashville, Tennessee
I have been married for five years to my incredible husband Josh and we currently live in Nashville, Tennessee. We have two children, a daughter Emma and a son Will. Will passed away almost three years ago after complications from an open heart surgery. Poor little guy spent his entire life in a hospital, but he is in a better place now, even though we miss him like crazy.

Will is a precious little boy! And what a fighter!! I want you to know that you are all being lifted up in prayer. My prayer is that God will give you the strength and wisdom needed to face the tough decisions you are facing.
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
Psalm 121:2

The battle belongs to the Lord.
May your faith be ever so strong as you are facing today's results.
Know that God is with you and He will guide you.
It has been said that Will has had a greater impact on people in his few months than most people have in a lifetime.
You three are on the hearts and prayers of so many.

Josh, Stephanie,
To love your baby so much and want nothing so much as to be able to take away his pain and not be able to do so, to want to kiss him and be able to make everything better and not have the power to make that happen, and to want to wrap your arms around him and not be able to, whether it is because of tubes and wires or just miles are all so difficult. No matter how big your baby gets, that never changes. All we can do is remember that God, our Father, is busy doing all these things for us (and more) even when we can't and giving us the strength to face our own powerlessness.
I love you so much.
