Friday, November 4th

Will is doing great!! He has been doing wonderfully on his sprints... his doctors will continue to do the sprints over the weekend and they plan on taking out his breathing tube on Monday.

But, I still have to meet with his kidney doctors about removing his dialysis catheder (it requires a surgical procedure). I want to make sure that they don't remove the breathing tube if they will have to put it back in all over again for the surgery. So, it may be a little longer before they remove it... we'll have to wait & see. Hopefully it will be sooner because I can hardly wait to hold him again... it's been 3 weeks.

Will is off all of his blood pressure medicines. He is also down to just one anti-seizure medication.

    Oh Stephanie!

I do hope no matter what procedure or event that comes next for Baby Will.........that you will be able to hold him, very, very soon! I can't imagine how difficult it has been for you, to be with him - hour upon hour; day after day....and not to be hold him. He needs you to hold him, too!

Stay strong......Hoping the next few days go by fast; as Josh prepares to come up next weekend! A birthday weekend with his new son and wife!

I will be sending up the Hope sermon CD's I copied from old sermons tomorrow; but I still am waiting for your mailing address, ASAP!

Are you able to take pictures right now? Have one of the nurses take your picture with Baby Will.....Okay? Those nurses are the best. And, would love to "see" Baby Will. We all are looking forward to checking out his "hair style" Even if he still has the "used car salesman" look; I am anxious to "see" him, as soon as you might be able to post new pictures!

    Love you,
    Mom

That is such great news, Stephanie. What a fighter your little boy is! I really believe God hears our prayers, and I'm making mine as specific as I possibly can! My new prayer is that Will can come off those tubes and you will be able to hold him and he will feel his mother's powerful love for him. You and Josh and Will are an awesome inspiration to us all.

We're with you in spirit and in prayer. (But hoping to see you in person very soon!)

    Love,
    Uncle Jay

Stephanie, this is great! I cannot imagine how hard it is NOT being able to hold that baby! I am praying for the weekend to fly by, all tubes being removed Monday, and you holding him till they force you out of there!

Don't forget to take care of yourself!

God is great! I am so thrilled to log on and see wonderful news again!

Stephanie, you are such an amazing young woman! Josh and Will are so blessed you are who you are! You have such power within you, as God fills you with the strength you need to handle whatever has come along. Never doubt for a minute that you are also radiating this love and strength to Will- I just know that he knows you are there and can feel the warmth of your love in your every touch and the sound of your voice, just as I hope you can feel the love we all have for you in our words. Know that I continue to pray for you and Will and hold you close in my every waking thought. I love you, Steph! Keep on keeping on!

    Love,
    Kirk
