Thursday, November 17th

Will has been doing well. He started doing his "sprints" again on the ventilator. He has passed 2 so far!!

He has also started his feedings again... we just hope he can keep them down. So far, so good.

We'll keep you updated!

    Thank you for the up date & we're so happy for the good news; our phone rings constantly from friends as everyone we know is always so anxious to be kept up-to-daye too on Will's status as everybody, it seems at Church, and every where else is keeping Will in their Prayers
    You kids just don't know how many people there are here in Memphis who love you and who are pulling for you and Will and are praying earnestly for Will's health & for Will's Doctors & Nurses.


    May GOD give you two some added strenght too today..so please, please, seek HIS help !

    Thanks so much for the good news.

    In response to the many requests from concerned people, Uncle Joe and I have set up The William Blake Burns Fund, an account at BancorpSouth (where Joe works).

    Already, we have had people donate well other $2,000 to the new account. Our hope is that we can help pay for Will's med evac from Ann Arbor back to Vanderbilt. Or, if your insurance company reverses their decision and pays for that, there are any number of things that you guys could use the money for now and in the future.

    Keep hanging in there! I am so looking forward to seeing you all!!! How wonderful to be able to hug you in PERSON, Stephanie, and spend precious time just looking and talking to our sweet Will. (Not that I am not looking forward to seeing you too, Josh,it's just been so much longer since we've gotten to see the rest of your little family! I promise to hug and kiss you too!)
